The Friends of Crowhurst School (PTA)

At Crowhurst, we are incredibly fortunate to have a vibrant and dedicated Parent-Teacher Association known as the Friends of Crowhurst. This passionate group of parents, carers, and staff works tirelessly to enhance the school experience for every child, ensuring their time with us is filled with joy, discovery, and lasting memories.

What is a PTA?

A Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is a bridge between home and school. Its primary role is to raise funds to provide "the extras"—those vital resources and experiences that sit outside the core school budget but make a world of difference to a child’s development.

From funding state-of-the-art playground equipment and subsidising school trips to organising seasonal fayres and leavers' celebrations, the Friends of Crowhurst ensure that every pupil has access to a rich and varied school life.
